One Direction Concert/LA Trip

Last weekend I go to fly to LA to have an awesome girls weekend with my mom, Hayley and Kelsey.

Last November we bought One Direction concert tickets and have been waiting for this weekend to come for about 10 months haha, Kelsey especially :) 

But the wait was finally over and it was just as awesome as we had hoped! 

The concert was held in the Rose Bowl stadium in Pasadena. It was huge and filled with thousands of screaming girls, us included haha. It was 102 degrees but by the time they came on, the sun had set and it was perfect weather.

 Such a great concert! Now it's weird that it's over and we don't have to wait for it anymore haha. 

Along with the concert, we were able to enjoy being tourists in Cali and had some fun together. 

Apparently I didn't take very many pictures but these are the ones I do have :)

 Our hotel was in Manhattan Beach so we were able to swim in the ocean and enjoy some sun. It was hilarious because my mom and I apparently aren't very used to being in the ocean because we were being pummeled by waves constantly. Hayley and Kelsey just looked on and laughed with us. People probably thought we were crazy or something. 

We also walked Hollywood Boulevard and the Walk of Stars and ate at Hard Rock Cafe. 

 Then we hit up Santa Monica beach and pier, but by the time we got there it was too cold and dark to swim really so we just walked around and took in the pier. Hayley and Kelsey rode the roller coaster while Mom and I looked on, and then we all rode the ferris wheel. The view was amazing!! 

We didn't get lost but we did drive around trying to find food one night for awhile. Everything closed like 5 minutes before we got to it haha. 

We were able to get away, eat good food, relax, and be together. It was a good weekend and I can't wait for the next one!!
