This month is such a special one...

March is the birthday month in our family. We start the festivities with Kelsey, then William, Sam, Booker and finally Eli. It's always a lot of fun and a lot of food and cake eating :)
We had Booker's SECOND birthday party last weekend! Although his actual birthday isn't until this Wednesday, the 26th, we celebrated with family early so everyone could be there.
We had a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse party of course! I made all of the decor and kept it pretty chill with hotdogs and finger foods for lunch. I took a couple of pics but Hayley took a lot more on her camera so more to come later.
But here's a little preview of the fun we had!
Hot dogs, condiments, cheeto puffs, chips, and goldfish. We also had cheese shaped like Mickey heads and delicious lemon water.
Our very own Toodles showed up and Booker chose the order of events by picking the different Mouseketools. There was hotdogs, cake, presents, and games. Of course he chose cake first, so we had dessert before dinner :)
We played one game really haha, Pin the Ears on Mickey, and let the kids loose in the backyard. I had also found a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse CD we had playing in the background, and it included songs like The Hotdog Dance, Clubhouse Theme, and Mouseketools.
I LOVE how this banner turned out!!!!
Cake forks wrapped and sealed :)
We got his cake from Albertson's this year, and it was so much easier than making all those cupcakes like I did for his 1st party! Haha and it turned out delicious and adorable :)
Party favor baggies :)
He was so excited and had been waiting all week for his party. We had gone over to celebrate Jameson's birthday a few weeks before, and Booker loved it when we sang Happy Birthday to Jameson and thought it was the coolest thing he blew out the candles. Booker kept asking me for his cake and birthday song all week.
When we put the cake in front of him and started singing, Booker got the biggest smile on his face and looked like he was in heaven. He blew the candle out all by himself and upon finishing, raised his arms and yelled "I did it!" while doing his excited back arched body shake thing haha! It was the cutest thing and it made me the happiest momma ever!
This kid is the cutest, smartest, silliest Little Man ever and he makes me the luckiest, happiest, most blessed Mommy on the whole planet! I love him so much and I can't believe he's almost TWO!! Where does the time go???
More to come soon hopefully!!!
