Valentine's Day

This year for Valentine's Day, Troy and I were able to get away for the weekend :)

It was only to Pocatello, but hey, it was Booker free and a lot of fun!

It had been originally planned as a tour/open house at ISU for the physical therapy program, but they called the Wednesday before saying it was cancelled. We had already booked the hotel so we figure why not go and relax. So glad we did!!! We left Friday afternoon and came back Sunday afternoon. 

So this year for Valentine's day I made Troy's card :) It just cracks me up! 

 And the night before we left (Thursday), I came home from being out to these! So pretty and yummy smelling. Booker thoroughly enjoyed sticking his nose in them and sniffing, even though his sniffing in is really blowing out. 

 While in Pocatello, we relaxed, watched some Olympics, went out to eat, and slept in Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon Troy talked me into seeing the Lego Movie… UGH, so boring. Troy enjoyed it, but although I found some moments funny, the over all experience I could have done without. Oh well :)

 Saturday evening Hayley and her friend Daniel drove over from Rexburg and we all headed to Lava Hot Springs. Troy and I hadn't been there for a couple of years! Really sad, we love that place! We ate dinner at Royal Pizza (we eat there every time we go) then hit up the pools for some relaxation. We went into every single pool, although I only put my feet into the hot hot one. I'm too sensitive haha!

But we had a lot of fun and it was so great to see Hay Hay! I can't wait until she lives close again :)

The weekend was great! It's funny because last year for Valentine's Day we were moving and driving from Logan to Boise, and this one we were driving from Boise to Pocatello. Pretty much the exact same thing! But this year was loads better :)
