Many are called but few are chosen.

I can't believe I'm blogging about this because it kind of seems so surreal that it's actually happening, but my "little" brother Preston received his mission call on August 15th!

He has been called to serve as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Taiwan Taichung Mandarin Chinese speaking mission. He leaves for the MTC in Provo, Utah on December 18, 2013.

It's just crazy that he's so grown up! Preston is going to be an amazing missionary, I have no doubt. He is such a diligent, hardworking, loving, spiritual young man and he will be a great example as a member of our church. I'm so proud of him and the good choices he's made throughout his life so that he can be worthy for this calling. 

I love you Preston and I'm so excited for you and this adventure you get to go on! Stay strong, keep the faith, and remember your calling, purpose, and blessings.
