My Little Picasso

So I found this idea on Pinterest and decided to try it out today. It's your basic finger painting but instead of using paint I used vanilla yogurt and Duncan Hines frosting flavor mix-in packets. I knew for sure Booker would want to eat the paint so this way I didn't have to worry about it :) 

I got 5 different colors but the red and the purple looked a lot alike. But they were yummy flavors!

 I tapped down a plastic tablecloth then spooned the colors on it. At first Booker just stuck his finger in the blue so I told him to eat it. He tasted it and said yum then went to each color and tasted them.

 Eventually he got into it :)

 I gave him a couple of paint brushes too which he used to paint and spoon colors to his mouth haha.

 He started scooping up colors and rubbing them on his legs.

 Look at that bum!

 I think he enjoyed painting :)

I decided the easiest way to clean up would be to hose him down. So I turned on the hose and let him play in the water while I bundled up the tablecloth and threw it away. 

I don't know which he thought was more fun, painting or playing with the hose!

 This was too cute! 

Took the diaper off, rinsed him off and then he was content with standing there watering the rocks :)

Such an easy activity! Easy to do, easy to clean up and lots of fun for the little man! We will for sure be doing this again!
