6 Month Stats
Went to the doctor yesterday for Booker's 6 month check...
Booker is now-
27 1/2 inches tall (82%), weighs 18 pounds 3 ounces (60%) and has a head size of 17.8 inches (85%). He is 94% of his target weight which is about 19 pounds and is still considered a tall, skinny boy. The doctor said that from watching Booker throughout the appointment he is very developmentally advanced for his age and acts and does things more like a 9 month old usually does. He can start eating just about anything we want to try with him and it looks like he's got three more teeth on the way which should poke out anytime.
He had shots which are never fun but he is so good about it. He cries initially and then just wants to cuddle and sleep more. He's actually handling these shots much better than he has ever handled shots before.
We have to go see an Urologist, which we have been anticipating since he was born, about his little pee hole. It's too long and will eventually cause issues for him when he gets older. So we head down to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake next month to get it all worked out.
He's a busy, busy boy and we definitely have our hands full and it is only the beginning of what is yet to come!
He's been spoiled lately from both grandparents. Grammy and Grampy Blacker sent him the walker and Grandma and Grandpa Lewis sent him the play table and a bunch of other cool toys!
