Pizza Cupcakes!

 So a new favorite at our house are these awesome, and super easy, Pizza Cupcakes! :)

They kinda overflowed :)

These are so so so easy to make! Takes me like 5 minutes to prepare and then 10 to bake. It seriously takes longer for my ancient oven to preheat then it does to make these little guys!

Here's how...

You need:

Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Dough

Tomato Sauce

Shredded Cheese

Mini Pepperoni

Cupcake Tin

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and spray cupcake tin with cooking spray. 

Separate dough and squish into the bottom and onto the sides of the cupcake tin. 

(My cupcake tin has 12 spots and I usually get 9 filled with one Pillsbury Pizza Dough canister).

Fill each dough with a spoonful of tomato sauce, cover with cheese and top with mini pepperoni.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. 

(I always do 10 cuz I don't want crispy bottoms).

The lighting in my kitchen is horrible!

So delicious and fun! And when you cut or bite into them, the tomato sauce oozes out like cupcake filling :) YUMMY!
